Whether you're buying or selling, we offer reasonable prices and even take tickets on consignment, ensuring a deal that's just right for you. At Neat Seats, our mission is clear: to lead the ticket business with unparalleled service and dedication to your entertainment experience.

We are not affiliated with any venue, box office, team, Ticketmaster, or Live Nation. Tickets are sold at market prices, which will vary according to market conditions. Tickets are not sold at box office or season seat holder prices.

We are in the secondary market. Once an order has been placed and confirmed, no changes may be made, and no cancellation may be made. No refunds. No exchanges. All sales are final.

Consignment and Resale

If you can’t use the tickets or do not want them anymore, we will take them on consignment and list them in the marketplace at an agreed-upon resale price. When we take tickets on consignment, we need to have them in our possession, but they still belong to you. Should you change your mind, you must let us know with a phone call and email to de-list them. As long as they sit in the marketplace, they are subject to purchase at any moment. Tickets placed on consignment must be done so in writing.

Company History

Neat Seats has been providing tickets to customers for more than 31 years. Our company began in August 1990 in Marina del Rey, CA, and we relocated to Palm Desert, CA, in July 2006.


The methodology of the business was to provide personalized service to clients since so many other brokerages were unable to give personal attention to customers. This is particularly true today because the internet is completely impersonal. We hope you approve of this “old-fashioned” manner.
